Our client is seeking a proactive, high performing Senior Legal Assistant to join a friendly, collaborative Secretarial Team. In this dynamic position, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple fee earners in the Corporate, Employment and Tax practice groups.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Proactive diary management
- Facilitating all travel arrangements
- Financials – including external/internal billing and reporting, and third party invoicing
- Reporting (Excel)
- Internal and external client liaison
- Maintaining records and client databases
- Opening, closing and archiving new client matter files
- Word processing, document preparation and drafting correspondence
- Mentoring of junior legal assistant staff
- Filing, photocopying and other ad-hoc administration tasks;

The Requirements
Are you a team player who enjoys collaborating with peers in delivering an exceptional service, with a a minimum of 4 years experience working within either a law firm or professional services environment.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrate an eye for detail and approach your tasks with enthusiasm and pride
