We’re seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for an immediate start in a temporary assignment supporting two Partners and a high-performing Disputes team at a leading global law firm.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your legal support skills will be put to great use. You'll be the go-to for complex billing, matter management, and high-level administrative support. Perfect for career legal assistants or law students with the right experience.

Hours: Full-time, 9:00am – 5:30pm, 5 days/week

Team: Disputes (supporting 2 Partners + team)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing calendars, time entries, and complex billing (Aderant Expert)
-
Coordinating client meetings and internal reporting

Drafting and formatting legal documents
-
Supporting matter management (iManage or similar)
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant (Disputes preferred)

End-to-end billing experience with Aderant Expert

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to juggle priorities and anticipate team needs

Law students are welcome to apply but must be able to work the full-time hours and schedule outlined above
