The Opportunity:
We're thrilled to be assisting this leading international law firm, true leaders and progressive thinkers in the industry.
Their newest vacancy represents the opportunity to support two Partners in the areas of Construction Litigation and Intellectual Property. This is a job-share contract role, working Wednesday to Friday for a 10 month fixed-term.
A varied position, the successful applicant will support a Partner who is a widely recognised top litigator in Construction law, and another Partner who is an expert in IP Disputes.
Daily responsibilities will include the full spectrum of legal support: diary and meeting management, client service, opening and closing files and maintaining the legal database, online and paper filing, time recording and billing, preparing correspondence and legal documents, and general administration.

The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within a legal services organisation;
- Excellent technical skills using Microsoft Office Suite, a legal CMS, and a billing system such as Aderant or Affinity;
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate with colleagues and clients;
- Professionally presented, trustworthy, and confidential;
- Works proactively in a team or autonomously;
- A positive and friendly work approach.
