Recruitment Manager

Alessyn is currently on parental leave.

Alessyn has worked in the legal recruitment industry since 2011 and she proudly joined Barratt Galvin in 2014.

As our Recruitment Manager, Alessyn's primary responsibility is to provide 360 degree support to the business.  She is heavily involved in our talent resourcing and acts as a secondary contact to our clients throughout the recruitment function.  She also drives key business projects and assists with back-office functions.

Alessyn's recruitment background as a Legal Support Consultant spans managing a busy temp desk as well as working in a mixed (permanent and temp job opportunities) desk.

Her career background enables her to anticipate the needs of law firms and legal professionals and to assist our Director at a high level.

Outside of work Alessyn is a mum and an avid soccer player.
