Alessyn has worked in the legal recruitment industry since 2011, initially as a Legal Support Consultant before joining Barratt Galvin.

As our Recruitment Manager, Alessyn's primary responsibility is to provide 360 degree support to the business.  She is heavily involved in our talent resourcing and acts as a secondary contact to our clients throughout the recruitment function.  She also drives key business projects and assists with back-office functions.

Her career background enables her to anticipate the needs of law firms and legal professionals and to assist our Director at a high level.
