The team, consisting of a Consultant, Senior Associate, Associate, and two Lawyers, are looking for a Legal Secretary who will provide stability to their growing practice.
The group practice predominantly Professional Indemnity and Liability and as such, are looking for a Legal Secretary with experience in this area of Insurance. As a newly formed group, their practices are even-keeled now but will increase in workload as time passes. Thus, this is a perfect time to join as a PA, to get to know the team's working style and become an integral part of the team development.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and collating briefs to Counsel;
- Drafting and preparing pleadings;
- Liaising with medical experts and Barristers;
- Preparing Court documents;
- Diary management and making appointments;
- Time recording and Billing;
- Monthly reporting; and
- General correspondence.
