Job Description

The Opportunity:

This position offers the opportunity to join a prestigious national law firm with an excellent culture, mentorship and career growth.  It's best suited to a junior or intermediate level Legal PA who is looking to broaden their skill set in a supportive team.

The working schedule is flexible and could accommodate full-time or part-time employment of 5, 4, or 3 days per week depending upon the applicant's ideals.

The office is in growth mode, meaning that a variety of internal positions may be available in the long term.

Working closely with two other PAs, this role supports a team of six lawyers including two Partners.  Whilst predominately working in the Banking & Finance practice, it will also cross over with the Commercial team.

Daily responsibilities include:
  • Opening and closing files, document and file management;
  • A good amount of client liaison;
  • Organising timesheets and producing legal bills;
  • Diary and meeting management;
  • General administration and project management as needed.

The Requirements:

Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
  • Strong typing skills and proficient on Microsoft Office and legal software;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A polished, friendly presentation.
