A leading global law firm has a one month temporary role for an experienced Legal Secretary starting from 23 March. This is an excellent opportunity to become known to an outstanding company and assist a lovely, supportive team.
You, the successful applicant, will sit mainly within the Corporate team and assist a group of 3-6 lawyers up to Partner level. Daily responsibilities will include general legal support tasks such as diary management, document mark-ups and word processing, producing bills from timesheets, and general administration.
The successful applicant will be given a handover and training, and will have a 'buddy' sitting nearby to refer to when questions arise.
This is a truly progressive firm which will offer exposure to interesting large scale matters, a supportive atmosphere, and top-market hourly pay.
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within a legal services organisation;
- Excellent Word Processing skills and proficiency on Microsoft Suite as well as legal billing and document management systems;
- A quick learner and team player.
