The Opportunity:
We're pleased to be supporting our client, a leading international law firm, as they search for an experienced Legal PA to join a job share role in the Corporate Funds department. Ideally, they are seeking for a career legal secretary to join and support the team.
The working schedule is part-time in the CBD office. You, the successful applicant, would be joining a well established team with a great culture and continuity.
Supporting 2 Senior Partners, the daily responsibilities of this role include:
- Organise and monitor Partner inboxes and diaries;
- Open and close files, matter management;
- Financial hygiene, billing management, expense management;
- WIP reporting;
- Client liaison;
- General technical support and practice administration.
This role will suit someone with intermediate to senior legal support experience who is proactive, tech savvy, and great with communication.

The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- 3-6 years' pure Legal Assistant experience preferred, with previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A polished, friendly presentation.
