An opportunity has arisen for an intermediate or senior Legal Secretary to support an industry-leading Partner within the Litigation team along with a Senior Associate and two junior lawyers.
Your day to day tasks would include: diary and meeting management; client liaison; creating and amending documents; management of bills and billing cycles; and general administration.
The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience of working in a busy team within a legal services organisation;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, legal and client management systems and time recording systems;
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and a high degree of professionalism;
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills.
