Job Description
Our client, a leading international law firm with offices throughout the Middle East, is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team in a Float capacity within a 6 month contract.
The successful applicant will collaborate with all office Legal Secretaries with complex monthly billing processes as well as overflow administration during busy periods.
The opportunity will suit someone who has an excellent eye for detail, enjoys the procedural nature of complex billing, and who can work well within a team or autonomously.
The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- A solid foundation and experience in legal support within an international law firm;
- Currently located and working within Dubai;
- Sound knowledge of legal billing processes with the ability to prepare complex bills from start to finish;
- An eye for detail with an adaptable and collegiate working style.
