As part of the continued expansion of its Riyadh office, the firm is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, helping to establish high front-of-house standards in a brand-new office environment.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, bilingual receptionist to play a central role in shaping the front-of-house function of a new international office. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will provide reception and administrative support, ensuring every visitor and caller experiences a professional, welcoming, and efficient service. You will also help define and embed reception processes and visitor management protocols from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times
- Greet, register, and direct visitors, managing access protocols and maintaining accurate visitor logs
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage meeting room bookings, calendars, and appointments across teams
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception and front-of-house area
- Coordinate courier bookings and monitor reception supplies, stationery, and pantry items
- Communicate confidently in both Arabic and English, written and verbal
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support the establishment of front-of-house processes and visitor management procedures as the office settles in
- Work closely with facilities, IT, and security teams to support a smooth day-to-day office operation
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and professionalism aligned to Saudi business etiquette, including respectful greetings, formal communication, and appropriate dress standards
- Saudi National (essential)
- Bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (essential)
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, office administration, or client services role (essential)
- Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience within a professional services, corporate, or international office environment, ideally in Riyadh or the wider GCC region, is highly regarded
- Experience supporting a new office opening or establishing front-of-house procedures is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to engage confidently with visitors, employees, and external contacts
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of professional workplace expectations in Riyadh
