The Role
We are seeking a Paralegal, who must be a UAE national, to join our client's Dubai office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Emirati candidate to build a career within a leading international law firm. The role is open across departments, and candidates at all levels of experience are encouraged to apply, from those newly entering the profession through to more experienced paralegals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting lawyers with day-to-day matter management across the department
- Conducting legal research and assisting with the preparation of legal documents
- Formatting, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
- Maintaining and organising case and matter files, both physical and electronic
- Liaising with government authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies as required
- Assisting with due diligence, document review, and data room preparation
- Coordinating diaries, deadlines, and filing requirements for the team
- Providing administrative and client support as needed
- UAE national (Emirati) — essential
- Open to all levels of experience, including recent graduates
- A law degree, paralegal qualification, or relevant tertiary studies is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A professional, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in a legal career
