We use personal information about you to communicate with you and to assist with your, and our clients’, recruitment needs. We only collect personal information that is relevant and useful to this process.

Use of technology and artificial intelligence
Barratt Galvin may use technology, including artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools, to support aspects of our recruitment and consulting services. This may include assisting with the review, organisation and summarisation of information you provide, identifying potential opportunities, supporting internal workflows, and improving the efficiency and quality of our services.
AI-enabled tools are used as support tools only and do not replace human judgement. All decisions relating to candidate assessment, communication, representation and advice are made by Barratt Galvin consultants with appropriate oversight.
We only process personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. We do not use candidate personal information to train public or external AI models. All personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your personal information will be collected by Barratt Galvin for its own use and, where relevant, on behalf of other members of Barratt Galvin who may require access to your personal and sensitive information in connection with recruitment and work placements.
