Key Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate interactions through the firm's recruitment system for direct applications via the firm's website.
- Maintain robust relationships with selected recruitment agencies and manage ongoing communications.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate interviews, relay feedback, and facilitate the offer process.
- Efficient diary management and execution of ad hoc administrative tasks supporting the broader recruitment team.
- This role is open to Emirati Nationals only due to Emiratization quotas
- Previous experience in or a desire to work within recruitment, talent acquisition, or administration within a legal or professional services environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to suit various internal and external stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and proven experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling commitments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential, and prior experience with an internal recruiting software is highly regarded but not mandatory.
