Some of your daily responsibilities would include: greeting and attending to visitors of the firm; telephone management; screening, and directing calls; coordinating multiple meeting room; liaising with mail room and couriers; provide back-up administration support.
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within a corporate setting;
- Switched on and presentable;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good customer service approach;
- Demonstrated experience managing hospitality and catering tasks;
- A flexible working approach, able to go from front-facing corporate tasks to maintenance of kitchens and meeting rooms;
- Organised and proactive.
