We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager seeking a new challenge. Joining the Dubai office of a global law firm, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing exceptional support to lawyers, staff, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Dubai office, which currently comprises around 30 people. You will take the lead in implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall quality of services. You will work closely with the leadership team, vendors, and external partners to deliver exceptional results and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management or team leadership role within a law firm
- Proven project management, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation
- Proficient personal computer skills, including firm software applications
- Leadership qualities with a track record of empowering teams in a collaborative work environment
- Prior experience in law firms within the DIFC with exposure to DIFC portals and regulations is a plus
