We're recruiting on behalf of a national law firm, seeking an experienced legal administrator or PA for their litigation practice.

This is a job share role with working hours of 8:30am - 5pm, Mondays and Tuesdays.

In this position daily responsibilities include:

• Organising matters and workflows utilising legal document management software;
• Diarising court and matter deadlines, internal and external meetings;
• Arranging meetings, events and travel including preparation of relevant information;
• Financial administration including monthly billing, disbursements and reporting;
• Producing documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations;
• Working effectively with your job-share partner and wider team to ensure deadlines are met and information is passed on accurately.
• Ad hoc practice projects and office administration.

The Requirements:

Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications that individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
• Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite and previous exposure to legal file management and billing programmes;
• Confident and conscientious, able to use your initiative and knowledge of legal workflows to anticipate the needs of the team;
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;
• Strong communication skills;
• Polished and friendly.
