Two partners and leaders in their field are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Brisbane CBD based team.
As a valued team member and collaborator your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and overseeing client files, liaising with stakeholders to obtain relevant information;
- Drafting and editing documents;
- Attending to partner diaries and prompting relevant deadlines;
- Assist with meeting preparation and action points thereafter;
- Attending to monthly billing, expense claims, reporting;
- General administration and project management as needed.

The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
- Able to adapt quickly to changing deadlines and priorities in a fast paced environment;
- Demonstrated experience with high revenue billing processes and legal file management;
- A desire to be in the role long-term and make it your own;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A can-do attitude and professionalism.
