Sitting within the Financial Services team in the Sydney office, in this position you would support two new Partners who have been described by their team as great mentors and leaders.
In this role your daily responsibilities would include:
- High level national travel management;
- Diary management;
- Attending to end-of-month billing administration;
- Ongoing matter maintenance including opening and closing files;
- Preparing, editing and collating large documents;
- Client liaison;
- Ad hoc department projects.
This is a full time role offering a flexible remote working schedule of up to two days per week.

The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Minimum typing speed 70 wpm with a high level of accuracy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal CMS and billing systems;
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;
- A thorough understanding and proficiency managing the end-of-month billing process;
- A mature minded team player.
