- Four days in the office with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays.
- At least 18 months of experience as a Legal Assistant, with 2-3 years being preferred.
- Proven billing experience is a must.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a busy practice group is advantageous.
- Professional, dedicated, and able to think on their feet—problem-solving is key in this role.
- Must be fully committed during working hours (9am to 5pm), with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
