Our client is a leading international firm with offices in Melbourne's CBD.
Supporting three department heads in a tight-knit specialist team, the successful applicant will be privy to an inclusive and supportive environment.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Diary, meeting and travel management including arranging flights, accommodation and transport;
- Preparing for and managing events in collaboration with other internal teams as well as clients;
- Monthly legal billing administration, expense claims and reconciliations;
- Data management including opening, maintaining, and closing files;
- Preparing, editing and filing documents;
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders;
- General administration and project management as needed.
This is a full-time position with working hours of 9:00am - 5:15pm, with some flexibility to work remotely if desired.

The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Tech savvy with strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
- Previous experience (1+ years) of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A polished, friendly presentation.
