The Role
As a Legal Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Billing management – tracking estimates, issuing invoices, and monitoring debt on a monthly basis.
- Diary management – proactively managing partner calendars, travel arrangements, and key deadlines.
- Matter management – ensuring smooth progression of matters and supporting lawyers with administrative tasks.
- Presentation and document preparation – assisting with materials for meetings, presentations, and client engagements.
- General administrative support – maintaining accurate records, liaising with clients, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

The Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a busy practice group.
- Previous experience supporting at least one Partner in a fast-paced environment.
- Billing experience, including tracking estimates, issuing invoices, and managing debt.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude, with a proactive and professional approach.
