An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join the Corporate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in law who is ready to support a busy, high-performing team.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting with a wide range of corporate transactions, primarily focusing on M&A, with additional exposure to venture capital and investment fund work. This role offers significant responsibility and the chance to work closely with an international client base, delivering seamless legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the one Partner, one Senior Associate and one Associate in the Corporate team.
- Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents related to M&A transactions and other corporate matters.
- Manage client communications, scheduling, and other logistical tasks.
- Support the team in maintaining deadlines and ensuring the smooth progression of transactions.
- Manage the Partner's complex calendar, travel and inbox
- Work closely with senior lawyers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- A legal assistant, ideally with exposure to corporate advisory, confident in their skills and abilities to support at senior management level.
- Prior experience working in a top-tier, international law firm within the Middle East.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of supporting complex transactions.
