Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex billing processes and client administration requirements.
- Proactively organizing Partners' schedules, including extensive diary and travel management.
- Preparing draft correspondences and documents for client communications.
- Assisting with the coordination and preparation for meetings.
- Collaborating effectively within our legal support team, including mentoring Administrative Assistants.
- Handling a wide array of responsibilities and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and precision.
We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about contributing to a team but also possesses:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary within a professional service environment, preferably within legal services.
- Expertise in matter management and billing, particularly with Aderant Expert.
- The ability to anticipate the needs of the Partner to streamline administrative tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with a flexible and friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to forge effective stakeholder relationships.
