Supporting the Practice Head of the Competition Department of a leading international law firm, this contract role is an excellent challenge for a switched-on legal secretary.
In this position, you, the successful applicant would support the Practice Head and six fee earners. Wider team support will be shared with another Legal Assistant to allow you time to balance your Partner support duties.
This role requires a lot of diary management with incredible attention to detail. In addition to matter management, you will assist with monthly legal billing, document preparation, and client liaison.
The ideal start date for this contract is June 2023, with a fixed-term finish of July 2024. It is full-time, Monday to Friday, with hours of 8:30am - 5pm.

- Previous experience working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
