About the Role
Supporting one Partner and a team of three dynamic Solicitors, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps things running smoothly. This role is ideal for a proactive and confident Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting and is comfortable managing up, adapting to different working styles, and taking initiative with minimal instruction.
What You'll Be Doing

Providing high-level administrative and legal support to a Partner and three Solicitors

Inbox and calendar management with a keen eye for detail

Handling dictation and document preparation with precision

Coordinating meetings, travel, and appointments

Managing billing and timesheet entries
-
Adapting to various working styles and staying one step ahead of the team’s needs

Maintaining strong lines of communication across all levels
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm environment

Demonstrated experience supporting a Partner and team
-
Confidence in managing upwards and juggling competing priorities

Proven skills in inbox/calendar management and billing

Experience with dictation and transcription (essential)

Strong communication skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
