Our client is a global firm with a highly regarded Disputes practice. The firm is seeking a lawyer to join their Restructuring and Litigation practice which specialises in large scale, complex commercial litigation and insolvency.
The ideal applicants will have between 2-4 years' PQE within a highly regarded mid-tier to top-tier firm.
Successful applicants will act for domestic and foreign financial institutions, alternative funds, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients.
The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- A minimum of 2-4 years post qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency and dispute resolution within a large or mid-tier firm;
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a commitment to producing first class work;
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
