A premier law firm is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Legal Administrative Assistant to assist with their Litigation team in Sydney. This full-time role is perfect for someone eager to continue their administrative career within a professional legal environment. The position involves providing comprehensive support across three litigation teams, assisting six partners, and offering leave coverage for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as document management, filing, and binding;
- Handle the opening and closing of matters, and conduct conflict searches;
- Manage time entries, process third-party invoices, and handle team expenses;
- Prepare documents including letters, contracts, and general correspondence;
- Assist with the preparation and drafting of court documents.
- Provide support with monthly billing tasks.
- At least 3 years' experience in a corporate office support setting;
- Motivation to build a rewarding career in professional services;
- A customer service mindset with the confidence to build and maintain relationships;
- Strong initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- The ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
