We are looking for junior 2-3 PQE lawyers with experience in oil and gas and/or mergers and acquisitions, on behalf of our client, an international law firm with offices in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities will include assisting with the drafting and negotiation of project and corporate documents and transaction management for regional and international oil and gas mergers and acquisitions and projects.

Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- 2-3 PQE in corporate projects and M&A with a reputable international law firm;
- Good organisational skills and experience in transaction management;
- Excellent academic track record;
- Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work;
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience of business development.
