We're pleased to be representing a highly regarded international law firm as they search for a Corporate Receptionist to join the Sydney CBD office's client services team.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Receptionist from either a corporate or hotel services background, or an office administrator looking to step into a front facing role.
As part of a reception team of two, your day to day responsibilities would include:
- Attending to newly arrived guests, communicating with external and internal contacts in a timely and professional manner;
- Respond to telephone calls and emails promptly;
- Utilise a computer based booking system to organise meetings and room facilities;
- Facilitate third party and internal events;
- Liaise with the wider client services team as well as building concierge and contacts to ensure maintenance requests are confirmed;
- Assist with occasional hosting / wait staff duties at events if needed;
- Attend to front of office administration.
This is a full-time, five day per week working schedule with alternating shifts of 8:00am - 4:00pm and 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous experience in corporate or hotel reception, or corporate office administration;
- Computer proficient with demonstrated experience utilising Microsoft Office Suite and computerised booking software;
- Articulate, polished and interested in building relationships with colleagues and clients;
- A collaborative working approach and clear communicator;
- Able to work autonomously and follow up processes to ensure completion;
- Flexible to work paid overtime on occasion, to assist with events;
- Trustworthy and professional at all times.
