The Opportunity:
We're representing one of Australia's leading law firms in their search for a Conveyancing Secretary. This is a 12-month contract with potential to renew upon completion.
Working alongside lawyers and licenced conveyancers, you will be responsible for attending to legal documents, file management, billing, and ensuring practice deadlines are met with relation to Conveyancing matters. This includes maintaining off-plan development spreadsheets and assisting with trust accounting with the Finance Team.

The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- Previous (4-8 years) relevant experience of working in a legal support role within a high volume Property law practice on off-plan Conveyancing;
- Previous experience working with trust monies;
- Demonstrated ability to organise a busy practice and diary, with strong administrative skills;
- An engaging and energetic work ethic and an investment in building relationships and working with multiple stakeholders;
- Friendly and ready for a challenge!
