This position is full-time, based in Dubai and will support the development of key client relationships and business development initiatives under the guidance of the Associate Director and in collaboration with the Director, Global Clients & Industries. This is a fixed-term contract to cover a 12 month parental leave, plus an additional two months handover periods either side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Director in Dubai and the global Clients & Industries team across various practice and industry groups.
- Support the development and execution of client development initiatives.
- Lead and assist in the response to RFPs, and maintain up-to-date credentials and marketing materials.
- Act as client relationship support for designated Middle East-based clients within the global client program.
- Prepare for and support key client meetings, including creating client presentations and coordinating financial and strategy reports.
- Contribute to the Middle East Strategy Taskforce in developing and managing the Middle East client program.
- Analyze data, create dashboards, and conduct client research to support business development efforts.
- Manage and improve internal CRM processes, ensuring efficient and effective client relationship management.
- Participate in the organization of internal and external events from a client relationship management perspective.
- Proven track record in Business Development and Marketing, preferably within a large international law firm.
- Strong ability to engage, persuade, and motivate at all levels within the firm to achieve buy-in for business development strategies.
- Experience in the Middle East is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent command of English and outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
- Relevant marketing qualifications or post-graduate degrees are a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software, with a high degree of attention to detail.
