- Coordinate end-to-end firm, practice, and client events.
- Assist in the management of client relationship management (CRM) systems and legal directory submissions.
- Engage in client listening initiatives, participate in tender debriefs, and manage client and industry research.
- Support internal communications, including the preparation of newsletters and content for internal social media channels.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or communications.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, with a keen interest in diverse tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficient verbal and presentation skills, experience managing stakeholders at varying levels.
- Hands-on, collaborative working style with flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning.
