The Requirements:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
- At least 3 years PQE with broad experience in Corporate Commercial law within private practice;
- A genuine interest in Corporate Commercial and a sound foundational knowledge of the area;
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to organise, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
